Tablecloth Pattern Instructions

Here are the pattern instructions for when you have an odd shape table. If your table shape is not a Rectangle, circle, square or racetrack oval, we will require a pattern of your table top! Round tables with leaves inserted in the middle are considered a racetrack oval and a pattern is not required. All Vinyl ovals will require a pattern. You can use leftover gift wrap taped together or butchers paper. Anything will work as long as it is big enough to cover the top.

Use the images and pattern instructions below to determine if a pattern is needed.

  1. Line a piece of paper up with the split in the table where the two halves meet and trace one half of the table. If there is no split, the entire table must be traced by taping one or more pieces of paper together.
  2. Lightly secure pattern paper to table using masking tape to prevent sliding or wrinkling. (Books may also be used to hold paper in place).
  3. Trace the outline of the table (flat surface only) with the flat side (not the point) of a pencil or dark crayon.
  4. Make sure you write your name, address, and phone number on the paper along with the overall table length, width, and drop measurements.

Do not cut out the pattern!

You can mail your template to us at Custom Vinyl Tablecloths 535 Pine Ridge Ct. Lansing KS 66043. There will be a one time $75.00 template fee added to the order to cover the additional lay out and manufacturing.
